When we turned up to the site the client had already had the existing property demolished, which caused serious access problems as the masonry from the demolition was still on site and spread across the cliff.

Our initial task was to create access from the top of the site to the bottom, as to enable the client to then achieve safe access for themselves as well as potential contractors to tender for the project.

It soon became apparent that we were the right construction company for this project and the tender for the groundworks, retaining walls, block work and super structure steel frame works was ours. The client was looking at achieving the rest of the build themselves once the main construction works were complete.
